Based in Yorkville, we love using their Beef in our stews and minced beef pies. They also have a lovely selection of canned and preserved vegetables and fruits.
A small-scale family farm dedicated to sustainable farming practices. Every egg that is used in our breakfest pies is laid on their 32 acre farm. We also use their whole wheat flour to add color and more nutrients to our crust.
Tomatero Farm is located in the Pajaro Valley, just south of Santa Cruz and 5 miles inland of the California coast. Their farm has been C.C.O.F. certified organic from the start in 2004. From carrots to fennel we use a lot of their produce to make our pies.
